The Advanced Search panel within the Library > Learning Path > Users list has been enhanced to include new search and filtering options. Administrators can now filter the Users list by Title, Profile, Department, Practice Area, and Location, in addition to the existing History Status filter.

1.Navigate to the Library > Path > Users page and click the Advanced Search arrow to open the search panel.

2.Use the available fields to search/filter the Users list based on your desired criteria.

3.Click to apply the filters. The Users list will refresh to show only the entries that match your specified conditions.

Learning Paths have been enhanced to allow Administrators to bulk edit the User's Assignment Date and Expiry Date within a Learning Path. When used alongside the Advanced Search Panel filters, this feature allows for efficient and targeted updates to learning path dates.

1.Navigate to the Users tab of the Learning Path.

2.Select multiple Users by holding the SHIFT or CTRL keys.

3.Click  the Edit icon to open Bulk Edit.

4.In the Bulk Type dropdown, choose Date Assigned. The field will display the date in your local regional format.

5.Use the Date Pickerto select the desired assignment date for the selected Users.

6.Click Save. The LMS will update the Date Assigned for all selected Users.

In addition to updating the Date Assigned, the LMS will apply the Expiry Date if it exists on the Path detail page. The Include History From displays the Date Assigned or any User-specific Include History From date.

The exported User list of a Learning Path now includes the Title, Profile, Department, Practice Area, and Location columns.

1.Navigate to the Users tab of the Learning Path.  

2.Select Export to generate an Excel formatted list of Users.
