Administrators have access to a new Group Filter in the Training Tracking, Course Assignment, Courses Not Taken, Path Progress and Rating Summary reports. When a report is run, results will display only the Users who belong to the selected Group(s), along with other report criteria applied.  

1.Navigate to Run a Report and select one of the following report types: Training Tracking, Course Assignment, Courses Not Taken, Path Progress, or Rating Summary.

2.In the Group drop-down filter, select one or more Groups to define your reporting requirements.

3.Set any additional report criteria and click Search. The LMS will return results filtered to show only the Users who belong to the selected Group(s).

Export Report Data

When you export a report, the exported file will include only the Users in the Group(s) you selected.

1.After running the report, click Export to download the filtered data as an Excel file for further data manipulation as required.
