Event Notification - Outlook Update Attachment Description Change

Administrators now have access to a global configuration option to decide whether the LMS will send an Outlook Update Appointment when attachments are added to an Event or if there are changes to an Event Description or Title.

Send Update when Event Attachment Added - Administrators can choose if Event Users will receive an Outlook Update when an attachment is added to an Event. An Update appointment will be sent for each attachment added to an Event. The LMS will not send an Outlook Update if attachments are removed from an Event.

Send Update Appointment when Event Description Changed - Administrators can choose if Event Users will receive an Outlook Update Appointment when an Event description is changed.

Administrators manage the Outlook Appointments option via the Calendar's 3-dot > Settings menu:
