Sent Items keeps a list of all emails generated from within the LMS, including auto-generated emails. You can sort or resend items from here.
1.Navigate to the Communication page, and then select Sent Items.
2.Sort items – The default display is listed chronologically by date/time with the most recent at the top of the list. This is a cumulative list of sent items from the system, and may display over several pages. The list of Sent Items can be sorted by clicking any of the column headings available. The page controls and total number of items are displayed at the bottom of the window.
3.Search Items – To search for a sent item, use the Search box at the top of the Navigation bar, or by clicking the Expand arrow to the right of the Search field, to see additional search options.
