Administrators can use the Advanced Search filters to reduce the number of items listed in the SCORM Interactions Courses drop-down list. The filters can be used to target a specific time frame, Courses by Owner, or within a Category of content. 1.Navigate to the Analytics dashboard and select Courses from the three-dot menu. 2.When the Courses dashboard first loads, the SCORM Interactions Courses drop-down displays all courses completed within the default time frame of 7 days that include SCORM interaction data and that Users have Finished, Passed, or Failed. ![]() SCORM Interactions Courses Dropdown 3.Administrators can refine the SCORM Interactions Courses drop-down results using the Advanced Search filters. 4.Select the Advanced Search button on the Analytics > Courses dashboard. ![]() Advanced Search Button 5.Administrators can filter the list using the Advanced Search filters as follows: •Select Custom Period and use the Date From and Date To filters to find Course analytics for a specific time frame. •Apply the Course Owner filter to narrow down the list of courses owned by selected individuals. •Use the Category filter to view courses that fall under specific Categories.
