•Notifications based on user start and end dates now use the learner's local time zone.

•Assignments card not consistently displaying assignments for all users. (26573 CSK)

•eCommerce shopping cart appears in title bar when the feature is disabled. (26577 CSK)

•Welcome dashboard card not adapting to configured branding colours.

•API query not returning expected learning records. (26567 ShepW)

•Browser tab not reflecting localization changes correctly. (26586 StewMc)

•Default library images not displaying correctly in Featured items. (26711 WoodsOG)
