Spotlight - Calendar for Admins
1.The Administrator Color Coding provides a visual indication of personal participation and attendance.
2.The Calendar is a standard calendar with standard navigation features.
3.Day, Week & Month views can be selected based on user preference or task.
4.The list view offers a linear view of all events.
Each Event in the Administrator view offers a seats taken indicator in parentheses and a copy event feature on hover.
The calendar views (Month, Week, Day) also accommodate longer Event names and outline each event and provide overlap to clarify the event display on days where there are multiple events.
