Sent From

Account Creation Approval Required

Sent to the person set to approve account creation requests, to notify them that approval is required. The person set to receive these is specified in Users > Settings. Only applicable if Allow account self-creation is turned on AND Approval is Required in Users > Settings.

Account Creation Request Approved

Notifies the user that their account creation request has been approved. Only applicable if Allow account self-creation is turned on AND Approval is Required in Users > Settings.

Account Creation Request Denied

Notifies the user that their account creation request has been declined. Only applicable if Allow account self-creation is turned on AND Approval is Required in Users > Settings.

Account Creation Request Pending

Email sent to the user to notify them that their account creation request is awaiting approval. Only applicable if Allow account self-creation is turned on AND Approval is Required in Users > Settings.

Sent to users if they click the Forgotten Password link. Not required if using SSO, unless users are logging in from outside the network.

Addition of External Training History Approval Required

Sent to the person set to approve external training history, being added by users, to notify them that approval is required. Only applicable if User Add History is allowed in User > Settings AND Require Approval check box is selected.

Addition of External Training History Approved

Sent to the user to notify them that the addition of their external training history has been approved. This is for courses not listed within the LMS. Only applicable if User Add History is allowed in User > Settings AND Require Approval check box is selected.

Addition of External Training History Declined

Sent to the user to notify them that the addition of their external training history has been declined. This is for courses not listed within the LMS. Only applicable if User Add History is allowed in User > Settings AND Require Approval check box is selected.

Appointment - Event Cancelled (Event Contacts)

Sent to the Event Contact(s) when an Event is cancelled.

Appointment - Learner Cancels

Sent to a user when they have cancelled their registration for an Event.

Appointment - Manager Cancels Learner

Sent to a user and LMS Administrator when a Manager (or anyone that has rights to cancel a user on their behalf) has cancelled the user’s registration for an Event. This message is also sent to a user when the Event has been cancelled.

Sent to a user to confirm their registration for an Event when they enroll themselves, or they are enrolled by someone else.

Sent to all Event Contacts when assigned to an Event.

Sent to a user to notify them of changes to an Event (Date, Time, Location, and/or Venue) which they are enrolled on.

Sent to Manager to alert them that a learner whom they had previously approved for a Course has now cancelled their registration.

Sent to a user, or groups of users, to provide links to specific Courses available in the Library in which they might be interested. This message is not automated and is only sent on an ad hoc basis from Send Email. This can be sent by either the LMS Administrator or LMS Training Manager.

Sent to a Manager to alert them that they have an Approval Request pending, where a user has requested enrollment that requires a Manager’s approval.

Sent to an Event Contact to notify them that a user has cancelled his/her registration for a specific Event. Only applicable if CC Contacts is checked in the Calendar > Settings.

Sent to a Manager to notify them that a user has cancelled his/her registration for a specific Event. Only applicable if CC Manager is checked in the Calendar > Settings.

Notify Manager of User Cancellation - by Manager

Sent to the user’s Manager to notify them that either they or someone else has cancelled a user from an Event, for someone who reports to them. Only applicable if CC Manager is checked in the Calendar > Settings.

Notify Manager of User Enrollment

Sent to a Manager to notify them that a user has enrolled in a specific Event. Only applicable if CC Manager is checked in the Calendar > Settings.

Sent to the user’s Manager to notify them that either they or someone else has enrolled a user onto an Event, for someone who reports to them. Only applicable if CC Manager is checked in the Calendar > Settings.

Rating Review Declined

Sent to a user to notify them that their Rating Review has been declined.

Sub-Site Creation

Email that is sent when a new sub-site is created. Only applicable if you have this feature as part of your contract. The email is sent to the email address specified on creation.

User Notification - Assigned to Learning Path(s)

Sent to a user to provide links to specific Learning Path(s) that have been assigned.

User Notification - New User

Sent to a user on user account creation. Only needed if you are not using SSO and if users are allowed to access the LMS from outside the firm’s network.
