The Import_Learners.xlsx file must be formatted as either .xlsx or .csv. The file name MUST exactly match Import_Learners. Windows updates as of October 2017 no longer support .xls files.
Important! 1.Do not rename any columns. 2.Do not add any custom columns. 3.Ensure all mandatory columns are included. 4.CSV – All values must be string escaped (i.e., “xxx”, “yyy”). |
