1.Navigate to the Communication page.
2.From the 3-dot options menu, select Settings.
See the Senders in the Signatures list.
3.Choose Sender 1 and complete the Signature details for this Owner.
•Display Name - Human Resources
•Email Address – email@example.com
•Signature Image – Upload a relevant image to be included in the Signature
•Signature - Best Regards, Human Resources!
5.Repeat steps 3 and 4 for Sender 2 and 3 if there are other Teams or Departments that need to be defined as Owners.
6.Review whether signatures for the original two owners at the top of the list (i.e., Administrator and Training Administrator), need to be modified.
