Resource items can be deleted from either the Resources (Resource Library) page on the Menu panel, the Resources tab in the Content Editor, or the bottom portion of the Form Text Editor dialog box.
Important! The resource item will be immediately deleted - no confirmation warning will display. Deleting a resource item will delete the resource from any content where the resource has been used for ALL authors in the organization! |
1.Click the Menu icon on the Navigation bar. 2.Select Resources to display the Resource Library. 3.Locate the appropriate resource item. 4.Click the Delete (trash can) icon.

1.From the Content Library, click the Edit (pencil) icon on the appropriate Content File Card. 2.Select an instruction frame. 3.Click the Resources tab at the bottom of the page. 4.Locate the appropriate resource item. 5.Click the Delete (trash can) icon.

1.Select the Form instruction frame to which the resource item will be inserted. 2.Click the Add Text form control or Edit an existing Text form control. 3.Locate the appropriate resource item. 4.Click the Delete (trash can) icon.
