The Calendar now offers additional Bulk Edit options for managing and editing Calendar Events, including Add/Replace Attachments, Webinar Settings, Enrollment, and Location settings: 1.Navigate to the Calendar and select the View List toggle. 2.Select multiple Events in the list. Select Events in the List View by using the Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click methods, ensuring you avoid clicking on the event name. 3.Click the Edit record pencil to open the Bulk Edit tool. Calendar List View - Bulk Edit 4.In the Bulk Type dropdown, choose from the new available Bulk Types as described below: oAdd Attachments - This feature enables administrators to add attachments to multiple Events. Attachments added to the Attachment Grid will be included alongside any existing Event attachments. Users can view and download these attachments from the Event Summary page. Additionally, attachments can be incorporated into the Event Broadcast message template found under Communication > Email Templates. See Using Attachments. Attachments added or deleted within the Attachment Grid of the Bulk Type Add Attachments or Replace Attachments will not affect the selected Events until the Save button is clicked. Clicking Save will finalize and save the listed attachments to the selected Events. oReplace Attachments - This feature allows administrators to replace all existing Event attachments with the new attachments added to the Attachment Grid. Existing attachments for the selected Events will be overwritten and replaced with the attachments listed in the attachment grid. oWebinar - This feature enables administrators to populate Webinar details for multiple events, including the meeting URL, meeting number, password, presenter details, and audio information.. Calendar Bulk Edit - Webinar 1.Choose Webinar from the Bulk Type dropdown menu. 2.Enable the desired Webinar input fields by clicking the 'X' button next to each field you wish to populate for the selected Events. The input field will display a tick button icon once enabled. 3.Enter the Webinar details for the enabled fields and click Save to save the information to the selected Events. The LMS will send an Outlook Update for Attendees when URL, Meeting Number, Password or Audio Information is changed. An Outlook Update will be sent for Event Contacts when the URL, Presenter Meeting Number, Presenter Password or Audio Information are changed. oEnrollment Open and Closes - Administrators can bulk edit the Enrollment Opens and Enrollment Closes (Minutes) fields for multiple events, including Event Locations and Webinar details. Calendar Bulk Edit - Enrollment Opens and Enrollment Closes (Minutes) For Events with both Webinar and Location elements, edit the Enrollment Opens and Enrollment Closes (Minutes) for each of the specific Location(s) or Webinar details in the Calendar List View that you want to update. oLocation - Administrators can bulk edit the Location and Venue settings for multiple Events. The LMS will send an Outlook Appointment to Event Contacts and Attendees when Event Locations are changed. Additionally, it will send an Outlook Cancellation to Event Contacts (always) and Attendees (only if event is in the future) for the selected Events. (see Event Locations)

When an event has multiple Locations/Webinar, administrators can update the location of multiple Users simultaneously from the Event Users List, moving them from one Location/Webinar to another. The LMS will send an Outlook Update to the event users reflecting the location or Webinar changes. Navigate to the Calendar and click the Event. 1.Click the Users tab. 2.Select multiple users in the grid whose location you want to change by using the Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click method. 3.Click the Users list 3-dot option, and select "Update Multiple Users" 4.Click the "X" beside the Location input field. The LMS will change the button to a tick button icon. Use the Location dropdown menu to select the Location. 5.Click Confirm to save the changes and close the panel. The LMS will change the Location/Webinar assigned to the selected Users and send an Outlook Update to the Event Users with the changed information. |
The Path Progress Report now includes additional fields in the Excel export including Path Completion Status, Course History Notes, User's Start Date and User Manager's Email Address are included in the Excel export. |
Administrators can send an email to selected users from the Assignment tab of a course by using the Send Email button. •Click the Send Email button. An email will be prepared for the selected Course and selected Users. Choose an existing email template or create an email on the fly using Course relevant variables. Select an alternate "Sender" and signature as appropriate. |
When viewing the Users list, any filters and scroll position will be saved and reapplied if you navigate away to another page within the Users section, such as User Detail or options from the 3-dot menu. Upon returning to the Users list via the breadcrumb, the LMS will restore the previously set filters and scroll position. However, if you navigate to a different area of the LMS, like the Library or Calendar, using the left navigation bar or hamburger menu, all filters and scroll positions will be cleared, resetting the Users list. |

Administrators can request a configuration for their LMS instance to automatically mark a user as inactive if they have not logged in for a specified number of days, with the default being 45 days. This configuration is available for LMS instances not using SSO. To request this configuration, administrators should contact support. support@intellek.io. |
