This method is recommended if you have more than one Course that needs to be assigned to a Compliance Body.

1.Navigate to the Compliance page.

2.Click the Name of the Compliance Body to which you want to assign Courses. Alternatively, click in the column to the right of the Compliance Body name, and then click Edit record .

3.Click the Courses tab on the right side of the page.

4.Click Add a new record .

5.Click to search for the Course(s) to be added.

6.In the Search results list, select the check box next to each Course being added.

7.Click .

8.Click the Accreditation Type arrow to select the type of accreditation the selected Course(s) fulfill(s).

Depending on the Compliance Body to which you are adding Courses, the Course Detail page may display additional fields to complete. For example, the California MCLE Compliance Body also provides an Accreditation Type Category arrow to select the appropriate type of participation.

9.Set the Start and End dates in the Dates Effective From fields. Click the Open the calendar popup icons to choose the appropriate dates.

Credit will be assigned to users that complete this Course, from the Start Date you specify and before the End Date is reached.
End Date is not required. If you want the Course to continue providing credit, leave this blank.

10.Click to add the Courses.

11.Repeat Steps 3 through 10 for each Accreditation Type of Course(s) being added.

This method is recommended if you have more than one Compliance Body that needs to be assigned to a Course, or if you are adding a new Course.

1.Navigate to the Library page.

2.Locate the Course to be added.

3.Hover over the Course card and click the Edit icon.

If a Course is in the process of being added for the first time, as soon as the tabs on the right are visible, Compliance can be then associated with the Course.

4.Click the Compliance tab on the right side of the page.

5.Click Add a new record .

6.Click the arrow in the Body field to select the appropriate Compliance Body.

The Compliance Body must be set to In Use to be listed.

7.Click the Accreditation Type arrow to select the appropriate option.

8.Set the Start and End dates in the Dates Effective From fields. Click the Open the calendar popup icons to choose the appropriate dates.

9.OPTIONAL:  Click the to the right of the Body selection arrow to add other Compliance Bodies to which this Course provides credits.

10.Complete steps 6 through 8 for each Compliance Body to be associated with this Course.

11.Click .
