Intellek LMS is developed in a Windows-based environment, not on macOS. Although Apple devices are not officially supported, we make every reasonable effort to investigate reported issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. The LMS is built using HTML5 and is web responsive, meaning the interface automatically adjusts to the screen size of the device being used. Although the LMS is web responsive, it is not optimized for mobile use, particularly for administrative functionality. While the Administrator Profile can be accessed on a mobile device, many administrative tasks are easier and more efficient to perform on a tablet or PC. Access from a mobile device is supported only if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled using ADFS v4.0, Entra ID (previously Azure AD), or OKTA.

eLearning content accessed on mobile devices must be designed and compatible for mobile playback. •Intellek Learn application simulation (AS) content is supported on mobile devices. •Intellek Learn Live Content is not supported on mobile devices. •Third-party content support is dependent on the content provider; please consult your vendor for mobile compatibility details. •The Intellek LMS supports HTML5 content.
Troubleshooting Content on Mobile DevicesIf you launch and play content on a mobile device and experience a tracking issue, the cause may be related to either the content itself or the LMS. To help us identify the issue, send the following details to [email protected]: 1.The Course ID 2.A copy of the packaged content 3.Device details, including: •Device model •Operating system and version •Web browser name and version •Network connection type (for example, mobile data such as LTE/5G, WiFi, VPN access to the company/firm network, or direct internet access) If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), please note that successfully running compatible content on a mobile device requires the same authentication method used to access the LMS on a PC. In most cases, your IT team must configure company managed mobile devices with the appropriate SSO settings to enable access. |
