Merging user records

If an end-user has two user accounts in the LMS for reasons such as a change to their Login (User ID), you can merge the two accounts.

1.Navigate to the Users page.

2.From the three dot Options menu, select Merge Users.

3.Search for the user account you’re looking to remove, and then click Continue Button.

4.Search for the user account you want to retain, and then click Merge Button.


When you merge user records, all history will be copied across to the user account you are retaining, with the exception of Learning Path assignment.
