We suggest that you create a "Master" piece of content containing the following Instructions:

•Opening Instruction with any branding (logo graphic and/or background color), formatted Content Title, Description, and Objectives (if desired).

•Technical Recommendations (optional).

•General Instructions to end-users on how to navigate the content or download practice files (optional).

•Standard Text Instruction for basic instruction text with preferred Content Navigation toolbar buttons (see the Creating Instructions and Using the Text Instruction topics).

•Form Instruction(s) – Create one Instruction for each type of Form you may want to use. You may also want to create Form Templates (see the Using the Form Instruction topic). Format the layout for each as needed.

Examples of Forms include:

•Login

•Multiple Choice/Fill-in-the-blank Questions

•True/False Questions

•Ending/Closing Instruction with any branding (same as Opening Instruction), conclusion text, button to show Score and/or Results (if content is a test, quiz, or assessment).

Use the Import/Export option on the File tab to create a new Live Content file. Importing the Content Master will import all formatted Instructions, and any captured Steps (if required). The Content Properties will be blank, allowing you to complete the Properties tab as appropriate for the new content file.
