A Quick Tip is a content file having the following characteristics:
•Only BalloonTips are required to guide the user click-by-click to perform a simple task, such as creating an email signature. This task may only need to be performed once in awhile.
•Set the BalloonTip Type to HTML in the Balloon Defaults tab of the Content Settings (cog) icon on the Content Editor Navigation bar.
•The content file should contain only one Text instruction frame.
•All captured steps will be recorded on the one Text instruction frame (no alternative methods).
•The Step can be edited in the Capture property tab as need to add a few words of additional text. (See the Editing Captured Steps sub-topic in the Capture Utility topic.)
