Associated Learning Links allow you to add link(s) in Live Content Studio Instructions to other training resources in a Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, accessible network drive, or external web resource, such as YouTube. These links become accessible to end-users at the end of an assessment or content that tracks and scores user results.
For Associated Learning Links to be accessible to end-users, there are several conditions that must be in place within the content file and Results settings:
•Associated Learning Links must be assigned to the appropriate Instruction(s) from the Add/Edit Instruction window.
•The Show Results button (on the Options tab of the Add/Edit Instruction window) must be active on the Content Navigation toolbar on the last Instruction or Score Sheet(s) of the content.
•A Results File must be created to capture and score end-user actions when taking the content.
•The Section Results Only option on the Results tab must be turned OFF.
