Use Associated Learning Links

Associated Learning Links allow you to add link(s) in Live Content Studio Instructions to other training resources in a Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, accessible network drive, or external web resource, such as YouTube. These links become accessible to end-users at the end of an assessment or content that tracks and scores user results.

For Associated Learning Links to be accessible to end-users, there are several conditions that must be in place within the content file and Results settings:

Associated Learning Links must be assigned to the appropriate Instruction(s) from the Add/Edit Instruction window.

The Show Results button (on the Options tab of the Add/Edit Instruction window) must be active on the Content Navigation toolbar on the last Instruction or Score Sheet(s) of the content.

A Results File must be created to capture and score end-user actions when taking the content.

The Section Results Only option on the Results tab must be turned OFF.
