Courses can be added to a Learning Path after completing the Detail page.
Courses must be added to the Learning Path before adding users. Users can be added to a Learning Path using different methods. Each method is detailed below.
You should use caution when adding Courses to a Learning Path after it has been assigned to users. See the Consequences of Modifying Learning Paths topic for more information.
This topic discusses how to add users to a Learning Path using the Users tab in the Learning Path edit view. This method assigns a single Learning Path to one or many users. 1.Navigate to the Library page. 2.Search for the Path, hover over the Path card, and then click the Edit icon. 3.Click the Users tab on the right side of the page. 4.Click the Add a new record icon. 5.Search for users. a.Free text search allows you to enter a Last Name, First Name or UserID. b.The Show filters icon displays relevant User fields by which to filter the Search Result. c.Click to execute the search using the defined criteria.

Once Groups have been created, the group is available for auto-assignment to Learning Paths. This method automatically assigns a Learning Path to users based on Groups as defined in the Group Manager. For example, having a New Hire Group allows you to create a Learning Path specific to new users joining the firm without having to add them individually. 1.Navigate to the Library page. 2.Search for the Path, hover over the Path card, and then click the Edit record icon. 3.Select the Auto Assign tab. 4.Select the Group(s) to be Auto Assigned to the Path. 5.Click . |

Users can be removed from a Learning Path using different methods.
1.Navigate to the Users page. 2.Search for and select the users by clicking in the row. 3.Click Edit record . 4.Click the Paths tab on the right side of the page. a.Click in the row of the Path you want to be removed, and then click the Remove selected items icon. b.Click OK to confirm and dismiss the message. 5.Navigate to the Library page. 6.Find the Path in the Library, hover over the Path card, and then click Edit . 7.Click the Users tab on the right side of the page. a.Click in the row of the user you want to be removed. b.Click Remove selected items . c.Click OK to confirm and dismiss the message.
