Learning Paths provide the ability to organize learning materials and provide a logical path to build skills and knowledge. The interface to build a Learning Path is intuitive, allows folder creation, allows easy allocation of learning materials, and can be reordered using the drag-and-drop method. You can assign completion dates, define a follow-on Path, and use automatic or manual assignment. An email can be generated to users when a Learning Path is assigned to them based on a setting in Communication > Automated Notifications.
For a user, Learning Paths can be accessed directly from their Home Dashboard. They have a visual interface that allows users to view the description of the Path and content in a structure designed by the Path’s creator.
Learning Paths are also available when searching the Library.
