1.Type and format all text and variables to be repeated between the Start and End variable. See the Sample Messages.
2.Insert the variables to be repeated (e.g., Course Name, Event Name, Start Date, Location, etc.) between the Start and End variables.
There are five paired variables:
•Enroll URL – Used to populate the Learner Link for a Calendar Event. Replace “ENTER TEXT TO DISPLAY AS HYPERLINK” with the text of what you want users to see between the [EnrollURLStart] and [EnrollURLEnd] variables. The text you type between the variables will be automatically formatted and displayed as a hyperlink when the message is sent.

•Path Repeater – Used to include multiple Learning Paths from the Library. Paths to be included must be selected using the 
button at the top of the Send Email page (step 2 under Creating Custom Messages). Replace the “ENTER TEXT TO DISPLAY FOR EACH PATH” with the [Path Name] variable, formatted as needed (i.e., bolded, color, etc.).
Example: [PathRepeaterStart] [PathName] [PathRepeaterEnd]
•Course Repeater – Used to include multiple Courses from the Library. Courses to be included must be selected using the 
button at the top of the Send Email page (step 2 under Creating Custom Messages). Replace the “ENTER TEXT TO DISPLAY FOR EACH COURSE” with the heading text, formatting as needed, and the required Course variables (i.e., [CourseName], [CourseID], and/or [CourseDescription]). Whatever is to be repeated MUST be BETWEEN the [CourseRepeaterStart] and [CourseRepeaterEnd] variables. See the Sample Messages.
•Event Repeater – Used to include multiple Calendar Events. Events to be included must be selected using the 
button at the top of the Send Email page (step 2 under Creating Custom Messages). Replace the “ENTER TEXT TO DISPLAY FOR EACH CLASS” with the heading text, formatting as needed, and the required Event variables (i.e., [EventName], [EventLocationName], [EventLocationStartDate], [EventVenueName], and the [EnrollURL] paired variable). Whatever is to be repeated MUST be BETWEEN the [EventRepeaterStart] and [EventRepeaterEnd] variables. See the Sample Messages.
•Event Contacts Repeater – Used when there are multiple contacts for a Calendar Event (i.e., a Trainer and Speaker, co-Trainers, or a panel of Speakers) and you want their names displayed in the message. This paired variable automatically inserts all Event Contact variables between the Start and End variable. As required, rearrange or delete the Event Contact variables within the Start/End Repeater variables. See the Sample Messages.
