New Learning Paths can be created from the Library and associated with Categories and Sub-Categories. Learning Paths are indicated by the 
icon in the Library cards and the Home Dashboard. Users can self-enroll in a Learning Path from the Library as long as they are included in the designated Relevance Groups or Registration Rules for the Path.
