When Users enroll themselves in an Event or they are enrolled by an administrator, the LMS sends out an Outlook Calendar Appointment to the enrolled User(s).
When an Event is updated, the LMS sends an Outlook Appointment Update to the enrolled User(s) to notify them of the change, as outlined in the chart below. The chart details which types of Event changes will trigger an Outlook Appointment Update to be sent to enrolled Users.
It is recommended to confirm the wording in the default Outlook Update Email template, see Communications > Email Templates.
