From the Calendar page: 1.Click the three dot Options menu. 2.Click Settings. 3.Select the preferred Calendar View for your end-users: •whether it’s the List view or Calendar view; and •whether you want them to see the current Month, Week, or Day. 4.Choose the appropriate Location setting. By default, they will see Events scheduled at their (i.e., user's Location) location; however, you can opt to change that here. 5.Select the appropriate Enrollment options to: •require a reason from the end-user when they request or cancel enrollment; •indicate whether you require their Manager to be cc’ed on all enrollments; and •indicate whether to cc Contacts on all cancellations. 4.Late Cancellations allows you to have an email sent to Event Contacts when an end-user cancels within a defined time period before the Event start date. Select a preferred template in Automated Notifications to customize the notification text for this special circumstance. |
From the Calendar page: 1.Click the three dot Options menu. 2.Select Locations. Locations are generally created as part of the Import_Learner data process. Location is a required field in User Details and is used in a variety of features. It is essential that the Locations are accurate and there are no duplicates. 3.Review and complete the required settings for each Location.
