From the Calendar page: 1.Click the three dot Options menu. 2.Click Settings. 3.Select the preferred Calendar View for your end-users: •whether it’s the List view or Calendar view; and •whether you want them to see the current Month, Week, or Day. 4.Choose the appropriate Location setting.
5.Select the appropriate Enrollment options to: •require a reason from the end-user when they request or cancel enrollment; •indicate whether you require their Manager to be cc’ed on all enrollments; and •indicate whether to cc Contacts on all cancellations. 4.Late Cancellations allows you to have an email sent to Event Contacts when an end-user cancels within a defined time period before the Event start date. Select a preferred template in Automated Notifications to customize the notification text for this special circumstance. |
From the Calendar page: 1.Click the three dot Options menu. 2.Select Locations.
3.Review and complete the required settings for each Location.
