From the Communication page:

1.Click the three dot Options menu.

2.Select Settings.

3.Use the User Import field to identify to whom you would like the Import_Learners Success or Failure email to be sent. This message is sent upon completion of the nightly upload feed of the Import Learners data.

4.In the Signatures section, you will need to set a specific email address for the Administrator, Training Administrator, and each defined Owner (up to 8 owners) in the Intellek LMS. Emails sent from the system will be sent from the selected account. Replies to any system-generated emails will be sent to the defined accounts.

These email signatures are used on all the emails sent from the LMS; PROVIDED you have included the [Signature] variable at the bottom of the email templates. For new Client Family Members, the variable is automatically set on all email templates for you by default.

If you are a Client Family Member who has migrated from V2, you will need to insert the [Signature] variable in the email templates.

News is accessed via the Communication page. You can create and edit items to display in the News banner on the Home Dashboard or Communications > News. It is important to keep the News section relevant for end-users and up-to-date.

Initially, it is a good place to offer your users a brief tour of the system or provide them with information to help them get the most from the LMS. You should also define how you plan to use the News section going forward.

These allow you to select automated notifications (reminders) sent to your end-users when an account is created or when a Learning Path is assigned or expiring. These notifications are in addition to the generated Email Templates sent from the LMS.

Email Templates define the text and information to be included in emails sent from within the LMS, both generated and automated. The text in any template can be modified and branded to meet your requirements.

We recommend you review the existing templates and modify them to contain the appropriate language that you would like to use. We recommend reviewing each template.
