Adding multiple events to the LMS calendar through a bulk import is straightforward when you follow a few basic guidelines and use the correctly formatted Blank Import Events Spreadsheet Template.

The Import Events feature is available to administrators and those with permission to create calendar events. The LMS supports events that occur within a single day and can include one or more locations and/or a single webinar. The import events feature can also generate a Teams meeting link if the feature has been enabled for the environment. (see Teams Teams Integration Technical Requirements)
Use the guide below to complete the Import Events Spreadsheet Template and successfully import your events into the LMS.
Used for importing an Event group; multi-location events or events with Webinar AND Location(s). The actual number supplied is not important, what is important is that the same number is used for all event locations/webinar in that event group. The Event number must be unique for each group represented in a single spreadsheet, but can be reused for other imports.

•Critical Errors - If any critical errors occur during the process, the import will be aborted and no events will be imported.
•Warnings - The LMS will attempt to import all records that have no warnings. Warnings will display in a banner on the import page after an attempted import. Those records that have warnings will not be imported. Where an event is part of an Event Group (indicated by specifying EventNumber) all elements within that Event Group must pass validation. If a single element fails validation the Event Group will not be imported.
