The Event Manager will only see User data for users who report to them.
If you add Event Manager to a User’s profile, they will see and have access to:
•Read only access to the Settings
•Add/Edit Events
•Add/Edit permissions to all Event Edit tabs, including manage attendance for all users they have access to see, Registration, Event Contacts, and Attachments. Event Manager does not have permissions to delete.
•Add/Edit permissions to Locations/Venues
•Add/Edit permissions to Certificates
•Add/Edit permissions to Surveys
•Send Email to all users they have access to see
•Send Email to all users they have access to see
•Add/Edit permissions to Certificates
•Add/Edit permissions to Surveys
•Read only access to the Settings
•Send Email to all users they have access to see
•View and Resend Sent Items
•Add/Edit permissions to Email Templates
The Event Manager will only see user data for the users they have access to see. If you’d like the Event Manager to see the Event Contacts in the Hours Trained analytic, or Attendees in the Event People Report, you will need to assign the Report Super User profile as well, unless they are already assigned to a profile such as User Administrator.
•Survey Statuses and Incomplete Surveys, for all users they have access to see.
